We waited for more than half an hour for the hotel shuttle at the Toronto International Airport from 3:55 pm to 4:30 pm. We were quite upset initially as the hotel informed weeks ago us that the shuttle at the Terminal 1 S3 area should be on the hour. After several calls to the hotel, the shuttle finally arrived. After arriving at the Holiday Inn Express Airport South, the first thing I did was to launch a complaint with the hotel. The hotel manager Ahmad was such a gentleman that he accepted the criticism and was sorry about it. I felt his sincerity and accepted his apology. This feels like an honest business to us and the the hotel was managed very well.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and very quiet, and beds were comfy. There is a coffee machine in the room as well as 24-hour complimentary tea and coffee at the reception. The reception area is absolutely great, clean and spacious, with a lot of tables, armchairs and sofas. The hosts at the reception were most friendly and helpful. We were leaving very early, before the breakfast started, and were offered to get some grab-and-go - yogurts, hard-boiled eggs and toasts with cream cheese - it was a pleasant surprise. The shuttle service was superb and on time. We were using shuttle + UP express to quickly get to downtown and back.

Al most everything.... from a well trained staff to the location to facilities, everything was just perfect. I truly enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. The airport shuttle was the cherry on top (even though, i missed this when i landed in Toronto and end up paying CAD50 for a 5 min ride). I also appreciate how the wonderful staff at reception was able to help us on every request we made. Very early check in and very late check out. Well done Holiday Inn Express.... you've mastered the formula for customer service.

Hotel was very clean and quiet (even being next to the airport). All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. The 12pm check out time was also a plus!

This is a nice new property with large rooms and amazingly comfortable beds including different types of pillows. They have an airport shuttle included. We needed a place to stay for an overnight layover and were very comfortable at this hotel.

Very clean room and lobby. Very modern amenities in room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Shuttle service was fast and efficient to and from the airport. We took the airport shuttle at 5am, and we were offered breakfast items before the actual breakfast service had started, which was very appreciated.

The breakfast was delicious!! Slow at times to refill the breakfast product ..we stayed 4 nights and 3of 4 were slow .perhaps get there earlier than 9.....pool was not working as it only opened 1.5 months ago. ...altho u would expect it to open fully operate able...shuttle to and from airport was easy and convenient.... You could hear the airport traffic very loud ...not many restaurants in area..and none in this hotel .....also for airport hotel you would expect a room to always be ready ...not have to wait till 3pm..

I absolutely loved the size of the bathroom. I loved the fact the hotel is super clean and the staff is AMAZING!!!!!

Nice stay for one or two nights as it is close to the airport so it's convenient for people who have to fly out the next day. Plenty of USB ports to charge all devices. Breakfast was good enough and I liked that they offered decaf coffee. Shuttle bus to the airport was provided.

Staff is friendly and efficient. Very clean room and comfortable mattress. Everything you need for your stay: shower gel, shampoo… and not a sample so all the family can have enough. At the entrance, there was coffee and deca for free. Well appreciated. No restaurant around so you need to call a Uber or a restaurant for delivery. Not a big deal, just important to know when you arrive late.
